While the uploader will retain copyright in the photographs that they submit to the NSBKA, the uploader hereby grants to the NSBKA the right to publish and exhibit their photographs on the NSBKA website and in the Beelines newsletter or any other NSBKA publication with or without attribution, and show them whole or in part, edited or otherwise manipulated.
All pictures must be the original work of the uploader and must not infringe the rights of any other party.
